Journey to Handstand

Are you hankering for something more in your asana practice? Have you been fantasising about getting upside down, or maybe you want to develop your existing handstand practice further?
Handstands are a whole-body skill, and it can take some time to build the strength, range of motion, and nervous system familiarity needed for this tricky pose.
These three 75-minute workshop-style classes will see you working through exercises and flows designed to build the strength and movement needed to successfully get upside down in a strong and safe way.
You'll leave with homework each week to continue to build your practice, before we eventually attempt a handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) in the second half of the course.
This course will be tailored to suit various skill sets and strengths, but is not suitable for those who are beginners to yoga, strength, or movement.
Spaces are limited to twelve people to ensure everyone has ample opportunity for personal guidance and assistance.

CANCELLATIONS: Please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to course start date in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds will not be provided for individual workshops missed.
